Space from Body & Eating Concerns

This program will help you to reduce unhealthy eating behaviors and achieve a more positive body image.

You can learn to:

  • Achieve balanced eating.
  • Develop healthier eating habits.
  • Stop engaging in disordered eating behaviors.

Space from Eating and Body Concerns consists of six modules, complete these in your own time and at your own pace over approximately ten weeks.

Each module contains text, video and audio clips as well as interactive and engaging activities that will help you to develop your coping skills to manage your mood.
